He is survived by: his mothers, Ann Price Harris of Timberville, VA and Michelle Moats of Grottoes, VA; his children, Vanessa Ketterman of Petersburg, WV, Brooklyn Brophey of Wellsville, OH, Davon Moats of East Liverpool, OH and David Nathaniel Moats, Jr. of Elkton, VA; and his siblings, Jamila Blanchard of Elkton, VA, Kim Wimer (Price) of Broadway, VA and Shammara Blanchard of Grottoes, VA. He is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
