He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen and Verena; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his stepchildren, Shanin (Brian Thompson) and Joe; his son Luke; his grandchildren, Drew, Mia and Bryce; and his siblings, Veann (Greg Klipstein), Kay (Steve Hauser) and Lyle. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, and seven grand-nieces and nephews.
