She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Jeziorski; and her parents, Louis Colasanti and Rose Colasanti. She is survived by: her children, Jack, Mark (Gail), Geri (Bill), Matthew (Jill) and Luke (Banoo). She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
