He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Martin and Martha Yardley-Jones; his children, Jim Ridgeway (Tova), Scott Erickson (Janice), Andy Yardley, Danielle McMillon (Matt) and Brooke Yardley; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Ridgeway, Paul, Laura Erickson, Kalista, Alia, Daisy McMillon, Zoe and Stella Pollard.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Elks Lodge 335, Phoenix Arizona.
