She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Johnson and Aileen Seacat Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Sam; her children, Scott (Jade) and Kacie; her grandchildren, Sophia, Adeline, Nolan, Lily and DJ; and her siblings, Marsha and Larry.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Hansen Mortuary (8314 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85020). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hansen Mortuary Chapel (8314 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85020).
