He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cook and Angelina Cook; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Gerri; his daughter Farran Faulconer (Jay); his grandsons, Ben and Will; his son John Cook (Christy); his stepdaughter Julia Noonan; his granddaughter Claire; his stepdaughter Jill Collins Kim; his grandsons, Daesung and Jaegeun; and his son-in-law Kisung Kim.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hansen Mortuary Chapel (8314 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85020). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (330 W Coral Gables Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85023).
