She was predeceased by: her parents, Waymen McIntosh and Malinda McIntosh; and her daughter Geraldine McIntosh. She is survived by: her sister Evelyn Ward.
A wake was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Henry's Residence. A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the San Carlos Miracle Church.
