He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his grandchildren, Ryan Sabel, Maxwell Sabel, George Vlcek, Gabriella Vlcek, Gianna Vlcek, Landon Vlcek, Rylan Vlcek, Victoria Vlcek, Ethan Vlcek, Lexi Vlcek, Sara Vlcek and Luke Vlcek; and his brothers, Robert and Joseph Vlcek.
