He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas John and Geneva Mae Prehoda. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Prehoda; his children, Bryan Prehoda, Maureen Bell (Kellie) and Laura Sweitzer (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Ally Prehoda, Sofia De Anda and Dylan Thomas Bell; his brothers-in-law, Jim Kunath and William Craven; and his nephews, Eric Kunath of Naperville, IL and Douglas Kunath of Phoenix.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's honor can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
