He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Reed and Ruey Reed (Gram); and his siblings, Beverly Zubich, Shirley Werman, Phyllis Swanovich, Doris Shubat and Jerry.

He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Schwieger; his brothers, Terry (Bernie) and Raymond (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Cathy. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and their children and grandchildren.
