He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Andrade and Helene Andrade (Boyd); and his brothers, Boyd, Reginald, Lawrence and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hurney; his children, Tricia Palatrone (Frank) of Peoria, Arizona and Greg Andrade (Jennifer) of Peoria, Arizona; his grandchildren, Frankie, Tamara, Mason, Maddie, Tony and Travis; and his siblings, Tanya Muse of Dewey, Movita Kaimimoku of Maui and David of Peoria. He is also survived by his parents, his 3 older half-brothers, and his younger siblings.
Although Tandy suffered from Alzheimer's in his later years, he never lost his love for music and continued to play the piano entertaining the residents of Desert Winds Assisted Living in Peoria, Arizona.
