She was predeceased by: her father James A. "Jack" Perry. She is survived by: her children, Julia R. Klarkowski (Scott) and Jeremy Black (Kara Stewart); her grandchildren, Conner, Chloe, Joey Klarkowski and Jimmy Black; her mother Patricia Broce Perry; and her siblings, Beverly Brenda (Bruce), Cathy First (Bob) and James Perry (William Aleshire). She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Wintersville Methodist Church.
