He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Stickelman of Lakeside, AZ; his sons, Christian (James) of Lakeside, AZ, Jeremiah of Lakeside, AZ and Joshua of Lakeside, AZ; his stepsons, Eric Robinson (Kristy) of North Platte, NE, Jay Keough and Scott Keough; his daughters, Hailley of Anthem, AZ, Christiana of Lakeside, AZ, Jodi MacKenzie (Ryan) of Anthem, AZ, Lisa Gear (Mathew) of Mesa, AZ and Kristy Keough; and his siblings, David Foldesh (Sheree) and Wendy McCullough (Dale) of Peoria, AZ. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
