Stefanie Susan Mazur Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stefanie Susan Mazur (Peoria, Arizona), who passed away on April 5, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Mazur and Stella Mazur; and her sisters, Linda Taylor and Judith Dickinson. She is survived by: her son Christopher Whisler (Amanda); her grandchildren, Celia and Chris of Indianapolis; her siblings, Carole Orr (Raymond) of Peoria, AZ, Thomas C. Mazur of Indianapolis, Clint and Archie; her nieces and nephews, Lucas Dickinson (Shandi) of Marion, OH, Joseph Mazur (Arliana) of Nashville, TN, Amy Dickinson (Chad Lawson) of New Palestine, IN, Emily Orr of Glendale, AZ and Heather Orr of Carlsbad, CA; and her great-nieces, Raven Dickinson, Charlotte Lawson and Meghan Lawson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society in the reader's state, as Suzy had rescued several dogs over the years and was a champion of spaying and neutering. Alternatively, monetary support in her name may be given to the Go Red for Women Movement of the American Heart Association to combat the female heart disease that runs in her family.
