He was predeceased by: his sister Padma. He is survived by: his wife Sundari; his children, Chaitanya (Srujana) and Sowjanya (Prabu); his grandchildren, Vikram, Aanya and Ashish; and his siblings, Aravinda, Rama, Raghu Nandan, Vasundhara, Prakash and Jyothi. He is also survived by loving extended family, including several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Best Funeral Services West Valley Chapel (9380 W Peoria Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345).
