He is survived by: his mother-in-law Grace May Knight; his daughters, Lorraine Ann and Karen Sue (Julius Petty); his wife Donna; his brother Bruce; his children, Lory (Dennis McDonald) and Philip Smith (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Alison, Bonnie McDonald, Jedidiah Larson (Catherine), Rachel Donovan (Sean), Terry Smith (Katie), Taylor Smith (Trista) and Abby Smith.
