He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian E. Samplawski (Kuehni) and George E. Samplawski; and his father-in-law Vincent LiVigni. He is survived by: his wife Joann Samplawski (LiVigni); his children, Michael Samplawski, Matthew Samplawski and Stephanie McGill (James); his grandsons, John McGill and Tristan McGill; and his siblings, Lana Rozwadowski (Paul), Rita Priegel, Paula Henke (Bob) and Greg Samplawski (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
