He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ciuchta and Helen Lipka; and his wife Vivian Ciuchta. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Rizer and Christine Macy. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery & Funeral Home (9925 W Thomas Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392).
