It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Mary La Chase (Peoria, Arizona), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Nancy, Antoinette and John; and her sister Joyce. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
