He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Topliff and Althea Topliff; and his sister Betty Rakestraw. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughter Kelly Escoto (Kenneth); his granddaughters, Everly and Raegan; and his sisters, Patricia Bowen (E. R.) and Carol Klein (Art).
