It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Wilcox Topliff (Peoria, Arizona), born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Topliff and Althea Topliff; and his sister Betty Rakestraw. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughter Kelly Escoto (Kenneth); his granddaughters, Everly and Raegan; and his sisters, Patricia Bowen (E. R.) and Carol Klein (Art).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to Hospice of the Valley, https://hov.org family wishes to express their appreciation to the wonderful staff at Hospice of the Valley and Lovin Touch Assisted Living Home who provided care for Paul and support to his family.
