She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lakomiak and Dorothy Lakomiak; and her brother Donald Lakomiak. She is survived by: her siblings, Theresa Duff, Gerald Lakomiak (Maureen) and Michael Lakomiak (Linda). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
