She is survived by: her spouse Edward Chow; her children, Tina Kosbab (Kurt), Teresa Harris (Frank), Travis Chow (Vicki) and Tom Chow (Lisa); her grandchildren, Marissa Hall (Kelley), Cameron Kosbab and Jessica Chow; and her brothers, Richard Lowe and Eddie Lowe.
