She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell J. Eby and Alice B. Metz; her husband Billy Wagner; and her siblings, Virginia Radcliffe (Ritchie), Linda I. Eby and Ernest P. Eby (Phyllis).

She is survived by: her siblings, David L. Eby (Vicki) of LaSalle and Leah Simms (Eby) of Peoria, Arizona..

In lieu of flowers memorials can be sent to the Humane Society of Monroe County.
