He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Sielewicki and Josephine Sielewicki (Bielak); his daughter Jessica; and his brother-in-law Michael Scott. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Emily and John Paul; his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Missy Selick; his sister Kathy Scott; and his nieces and nephews, Christine (Chuck), Madeline (Mike), Dylan (Madhura), Sam (Sara) and Dana (Nico). He is also survived by three great-nieces and a nephew.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Chapel (6830 W Thunderbird Rd, Peoria, AZ 85381). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Raphael Catholic Church (5525 W Acoma Dr, Glendale, AZ 85306).
