He is survived by: his parents, Gregoria "Georgie" Ortiz and Manny Ortiz, Sr.; his brother Frank Ortiz; his nephew Isaiah Ortiz; his niece Mariah; his grandmother Aurelia Figueroa; and his godparents, Lina and Eddie Portillo. He is also survived by cousins, aunts & uncles.
