He is survived by: his father Jack Collins; his wife Julie Aungst-Collins; his daughters, Melissa Aungst, Cassandra Yavorski (Mark), Alyssa Sellen (Justin) and Amy Aungst (Jackson Lester); and his siblings, Lynn Nottingham, RaeAnn Kelley and Randall Collins. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
