She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Smigiel and Anna Smigiel. She is survived by: her daughters, Belinda Savage, Diane Levine and Donna Incognito; and her grandsons, Joshua Savage, Zachary, Alex Levine, Richie and Derek Incognito.

In lieu of flowers a donation in Laurie's name can be made to the Rose Villa Assisted Living Home in Phoenix, Arizona.
