He is survived by: his children, Teckla Passon and Kenneth Passon Jr; his daughter-in-law Traci Passon; his grandchildren, Sarah, Christopher, Kyle, Mattea, Ashley, Korey and Spencer; and his siblings, Marlys Rhode and Allen Passon.
