With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Eugene Saunders of Peoria, Arizona, born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Caldwell Saunders (EC) and Ruth Powelson Saunders; his wife Joann Saunders (Crabb); his children, Mark Douglas Saunders (Rose), Amy Lynn Harris (Blaine), Richard Eugene Saunders (Audrey) and Debra Rene Phelan (Jared); and his brother James Harwood Saunders (Tricia).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a living plant or a donation to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Perpetual Education Fund.
