She is survived by: her children, Kathy (Michael O'Sullivan) of Columbus and Thomas R. Lewis Ill (Debbie) of Colorado Springs; her close friends, Glo and Pat; and her husband Tom. She is also survived by mother, wife and grandmother, she kept a beautiful home for her husband and children.
