He is survived by: his wife Doris Tapassi; his son Craig (Mary); his grandchildren, Megan and Nick; and his siblings, Mike Friedrich (Anita), Rose Carroll (Lauren), Joan Ishol (Bob Shaw), Jean Heyer (Bill), Amy Blase (Gary), Dan Friedrich (Lynn) and Jackie Bortnem (Gregory). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
