He was predeceased by: his wife Constance Fascia. He is survived by: his children, David (Roxanne), Brian (Karen), Lisa (Kevin Wicks) and Christina (Cecilia Ochoa). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Hospice of The Valley or The Phoenix Symphony.
