He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Moen and Louise Fossum Moen; his brother Claire Moen, Sr.; and his son-in-law Rodney Alvarez. He is survived by: his wife Soffie Hoines of Peoria, AZ; his children, Kim Alvarez of Pearland, TX, Greg Moen of Norfolk, NE and Jason; and his sister Doreen Rollag of Beaver Creek, MN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
