He was predeceased by: his son Timothy; his parents, Perry Fuller and Celia Fuller; and his siblings, Bill, Oren, Paul and Sarah.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Kandy Keller) and Kathy (Chris Petty); his wife Betty; his grandchildren, Trey, Trevor, Kyle, Scott, Matt, Frank and Justin; his great grandchildren, Lizabeth, Tytus, Jack, Cason, Jayden, Zechariah, Colton, Joseph and Ethan; and his siblings, Bud and Dorothy. He is also survived by his family, many in-laws, nieces, nephews and many close friends.
