She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Geick and Dorothy Geick; and her husband William Alexander. She is survived by: her children, Doug Alexander (Jamie) and Lynn Tomaselli (Robert); her grandchildren, Kristen Wilson, Ryan Peeling, Christopher Tomaselli, Haley Scheffler and Kelsey Alexander; and her sisters, Mary Jones of Missouri and Shirley Nichols of Port Huron. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
During retirement she was a regular volunteer for hospitals and the American Cancer Society.
