It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna M. Spencer (Peoria, Arizona), born in Harvard, Illinois, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Smith and Evelyn Smith; and her siblings, Jesse, Ray, Judy and Bill.

She is survived by: her husband Wil; her children, Victoria Clark, Gabrielle "Gayle" McCarthy (David), Dewey "Butch" Sigler and Paul Reuter (Connie); and her brothers, Kenneth Smith and Robert Smith. She is also survived by eight grandchildren & four great grandchildren.
