He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Patricia Kaylor; and his grandchildren, Ryan and Adelia. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Christina), Mark (Lori), Martin (Diane), Matthew (Patty), Mitchell (Dru), Diane Pratt (Robert), JoAnne Bauer (Jim), MaryAnne Lanoue and Suzanne Smith (Rocky).

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the wonderful people at SUNCREST Hospice, 4650 E Cotton Center Blvd., Suite 250, Phoenix, Az 85040 Viewing will be Monday evening 10/8 at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W Thunderbird Rd, Peoria, AZ.
