He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Shaffer and Joyce Shaffer. He is survived by: his children, Kelli and Scott (Amanda); his wife Sarah; his grandchildren, Makenzie, Madilyn and Lukas; his sister Debbie (Jim); and his nieces, Jolene (Chris) and Laura (Adam).
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Heritage Arrowhead Funeral Center (7545 W Rose Garden Ln, Glendale, AZ 85308).
