She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Elliott and Dorothy Elliott; her husband Arnold Bookspan; her sister Donna Williams; and her granddaughter Kami Herrick.

She is survived by: her children, Teri Ann (Preston), Dana (Vicki), Michael (Jolene), Barney (Ellen) and Don (Judy). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
