She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Affatato and Margaret Affatato; her sister Louise Hemmert; her husband John De Maria; her children, Michael De Maria (Susie), Loraine Essman (Mark) and Carolyn Mifsud (Rick); and her grandchildren, Makayla (Nate), Adriana (Scott), Jonathan and Lucas.
