He was predeceased by: his parents, Vickers Yates Bennett and Susan Aliene Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Morrissey); his children, Sarah Bennett Chavez (Sjon) of Peoria, AZ and David Elisha Bennett (Amanda Koulousias) of Silver Spring, MD; his grandchildren, Luke Ryan Bennett, Ally Blaire Bennett of Silver Spring, MD, William David Chavez (Liam) and Maeve Rosemarie Chavez of Peoria, AZ; and his siblings, Ann Coleman (Dennis), Susan Bennett, Carl Bennett (Marsha), Scott Bennett (Pam), Clint Bennett (Stacey) and Vickers Yates Bennett Jr. Dilday.
