He is survived by: his children, Mary Christine Goodman (Greg Goodman) and Neal Calvert Zethraeus; his grandchildren, Taylor Marie Goodman and Riley Shane Goodman; his niece Christine Annette Crain; his nephew Burton Cecil Crain; and his former wife Mary Claire Lopeman (Middlebrook).
