She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Ruppert; her sons, Steven and Brian Ruppert; her parents, Marie Pfeiffer and Henry Pfeiffer; and her siblings, Bernadine Ciccone, Edward Pfeiffer, Clara Pfeiffer, Henry Pfeiffer, Rita Dederichs, Charles Pfeiffer and Rosemary Glowienke.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Ouderkirk (Andrew), Kathleen Devereux (Michael), Martin Ruppert (Cheryl) and Paul Ruppert; her grandchildren, Daniel, Adam, Dominique, Mikayla, Sean and Christopher; and her great grandchildren, Emelia, Theodore, Vivian, Jayden, Opal and Camden.
