She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez Lutz (Heffner) and Oscar Lutz. She is survived by: her husband Henry Arthur Levin; and her grandchildren, Dagny Signorelli of Gunnison, CO and Anthony Signorelli (Cassandra Thornton) of Kingman, AZ.. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
