He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmel Fields and Jewell Knight Fields; and his sisters, Shirley and Carmel. He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his children, Shawn Downes of Merritt Island and Ronald Fields (Liza) of Spring Valley; and his sister Wynell Madison of Lubbock.
