He was predeceased by: his grandmother Starlene LeBlanc. He is survived by: his parents, Amy Connolly and Chad Connolly; his brothers, Jason Connolly (Brittany) and Weston Connolly (Ashley); his niece Harlee Connolly; his nephew Declan Connolly; and his grandparents, Wayne LeBlanc, Thomas and Sherlene Connolly. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, Reach Out Worldwide, or a charity of your choice.
