He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Chase; his siblings, Frederick Chase, Phillip Tsosie, Sr., Jane Taha and Maxine Nez; his parent Mary C. Tsosie; his sons, Donald, David and Norman Chase; and his parent Highest Level.
He is survived by: his children, Victor Chase, Alma Lee, Ramona Kasper and Louise Chase; and his siblings, Anne Yazzie and Nelson Chase, Sr.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren.
