He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin and Mae; and his brother Michael Shoultz. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Shoults; his children, Daniel Shoults of Phx, AZ, Stacey Horschouer of Buckeye, AZ, Jessica Smith and Rishele Shoults of Phx, AZ; and his sisters, Joan Lange of Chandler, AZ, Tricia Shoultz of Mesa, AZ and Marcia Morrow of Port Charlotte, FL. He is also survived by 6 grandsons as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
