Diana Mauck Obituary
Diana (Day) Mauck Services will be held at Flagstaff Christian Fellowship, 123 S. Beaver Street on Wednesday January 30th, 2008 at 1:00 pm for Diana Mauck who passed peacefully at her home in Parks, AZ January 23, 2008. She was born May 26, 1961 in Sacramento CA, to Charles and Barbara Day. She grew up in Citrus Heights CA where she attended San Juan High School, and was an accomplished swimmer in the Sacramento area.
After high school, she moved to Ely, NV where she met her first husband Edward Spradlin. They later moved to Salt Lake City, Utah and had two children . She married her current husband Patrick Mauck Sep. 22 1990 and resided in Heber City, Utah until 2004 when they moved to the Flagstaff area. Diana loved music, painting, writing poetry and above all else, spending time with her children and grand-children.
She is survived by her husband Patrick Mauck of Parks, AZ, children: Colby (Amy) Spradlin of Orem, UT, Chelsea Ansted of Parks, two grand-children; Paige and Ryanne Ansted, Parents; Joe and Barbara Sherrill of Citrus Heights, CA and Charles (Bunky) Day of Greenville, VA, two brothers; Steven and Ryan (Shirley) Sherrill of Citrus Heights, CA, and her Aunt; June Day of Rockyhill, CT.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the "Diana Mauck Grandchildren's Scholarship Fund", at The First Credit Union , 2321 N. Fourth Street.
