He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Shirley and Seldon Shirley; his brother Melvin Shirley; and his son Timmy. He is survived by: his sisters, Wilma Leslie, Linda Pearson, Becky Armenta and Diane Tolman; his wife Pam Shirley; his sons, Nathan, Nick and Paxton; his grandchildren, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Jordyn, Tristin and Mackenzie; and his great grandchildren, Bellamy, Everett and River. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wendell American Legion Hall (610 W Main St, Wendell, ID 83355).
